2) A student is conducting a policy analysis about the options to increase health insurance coverage in Florida. He has a decision matrix as below (Feasibility 0 to 10: low to high feasibility).
1. If cost is weighted 60% and feasibility 40%, what would the student recommend? Explain your answer (3 points).
2. If you are conducting the analysis, would you consider some other criteria? Explain your answer (3 points).
3. Given your criteria, how would you assign the weights? And what would you recommend based on your criteria and weights? Is your recommendation different from the student’s? (8 points)
