Nutrition information is everywhere! We see it daily in the newspaper, on TV, in magazines, social media, etc. What type of messages are we hearing about nutrition right now and how do we as healthcare professionals help consumers decipher all the information? How do we handle the misinformation often presented to consumers? Share a recent news article, research paper, media sharing, etc. about nutrition that you have read. (include reference). Reflect on the paper Unintended Consequences and discuss how you can interpret the information you obtained from your resource and translate it into credible, useful information for consumers.
