United State a country is a nation of multi- cultural and religious beliefs. The environment one finds self-have effect encompasses every aspect their living and that also effects one’s health status. There are unspoken social determinant of health that are predominate in the immigrant and low-income communities. Immigrants than are undocumented in the nation are afraid of being identified or deported, therefore do not seek for medical health, sometimes when they do the condition may have gone bad. The fear of being identified exposed and many with language barrier puts the group into poor health condition due their consumption of available food rather than healthy diet leading to high blood sugar level, high cholesterol mand elevated blood pressure and lack of outside activities compounds their conditions.
