Use the strategy cycle (Exhibit 9.3) to outline a strategy for yourself. What is your personal vision and mission? Analyze your current situation, and develop two personal, professional, or educational goals or objectives that you would like to reach within the next five years. Brainstorm some strategies to achieve those goals. Even though you can’t really implement them in the context of this exercise, think about performance measures you might use to track your progress towards your objectives.
At least three credible cited references are needed to support the discussion assignment. Cited references could include the textbook and two additional references drawn from credible publications such as The Economist, the Financial Times, the Guardian, the Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Business Week, Harvard Business Review, Academy of Management Review, etc. Use American Psychological Association (APA) in-text citation and references formatting.
