you will be practicing paraphrasing, summarizing, and quoting. First, think about the topic you will be arguing about. Next, find three different quotations that you might be able to use as support material based upon your current stance on your topic. Then, complete the assignment in four steps as explained below:
1. Paraphrase one of the quotations from the article. Include both your paraphrase and the original quotation so that I will be able to compare them.
3. Summarize a paragraph from the article. Again, include both your summary and the original paragraph so that I will be able to compare them.
3. Create a “quotation sandwich” using a quotation from the article.
4. Make sure that each one has an in-text citation, and include a Works Cited entry for the source at the end of the assignment.
